After receiving your information, we offer a free consultation. This can take place through messaging, an online meeting, or an in-person meeting at our office or yours—whichever is most convenient for you. Based on our discussion, we will prepare a commercial proposal that takes all your wishes into account. If the proposal suits you, we will begin work upon receiving a prepayment.
What are the project completion times, including editing?
Project completion times depend on the complexity, volume, and requirements of your project. Preparation for the shoot can take from 1 day for simple projects to several weeks for complex and large-scale events. The shooting itself can last from 1 hour to several days.
Post-processing and editing usually take up to 5 days, but for more complex projects, this period may be extended. We always strive to complete the work in the shortest possible time without compromising on quality.

What are the payment terms and booking steps?
To confirm the booking of our services, we ask for a 50% prepayment of the total project cost. The remaining 50% is paid by the client on the day of the shoot.
If the shoot is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, the prepayment is non-refundable. This is because, by that time, our team has already reserved time and resources for your project, and last-minute cancellations lead to losses that we cannot compensate for.
After receiving the prepayment, we confirm the booking and begin preparing for the shoot. We strive to make the payment and booking process as convenient as possible for you and are ready to discuss any additional questions.
How is the cost of services calculated?
The cost of our services is calculated individually and depends on various factors, which include:
- Concept and project complexity: The more complex and original the idea, the more resources are required for its implementation.
- Type and scope of work: Whether it’s a photoshoot, a video shoot, or a combination of both, as well as the number of required materials, all affect the final price.
- Duration of the shoot: The total time spent on the shooting process, whether it’s a few hours or several days, influences the cost.
- Professional team: Involving additional specialists such as models, stylists, and makeup artists increases the overall project cost.
- Location of the shoot: Shoots outside the studio, especially outside Dubai, may incur additional expenses for transportation and obtaining special permits.
- Use of special equipment and props: The need for unique decorations, props, or technical equipment can impact the price.
- Completion time: Urgent projects with tight deadlines may require additional resources, which can increase the overall cost.
